Availius (СЕО Konstantin Bas) has launched a new product

Availius (СЕО Konstantin Bas), which is renowned for its unorthodox approach to the services it offers its clients, has launched a new product: automatic check of clients’ addresses before the mailing out of business correspondence.
Companies working in the healthcare industry, such as clinical laboratories, hospitals, billing companies, collection agencies, etc., have to deal, for the most part, directly with patients, i.e. private individuals. The biggest issue faced by such clients is population mobility and the need to constantly keep track of the recipients’ current addresses. Wrong or inaccurate addresses contained in the client databases result in returned mail and wasted postage, and even more importantly, they mean that the patients cannot be reached for extracting payment for services rendered. Thus, bills and other correspondence are quite often non-deliverable either due to the staff’s error or because the patients have intentionally provided wrong or incomplete addresses, such as missing apartment numbers within buildings, minor misspellings of city or street names, etc.
As Availius has long been offering an envelope stuffing service along with subsequent mailing at a postage discount, it was decided to expand the service by checking the addresses to ensure their deliverability. According to Konstantin Bas, the company has for this purpose invested in special software with real time access to the United States Postal Service servers which keep track of all changes such as moves, deaths, etc. Clients using the new service have noted substantial postage savings and a notable rise in patient bill collection.
The new address checking service is widely popular with the company’s existing clients and has proved to be an essential factor in attracting new clients.
